INTERIM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR/CASE MANAGER |
|
Under the direction of the senior consultant, the candidate would be responsible for overall coordination, processing and maintenance of systems and activities pertaining to the agency clinical operation. May include some home visits, admissions and re-certification. This position is generally part-time, working one to two days per week for 8 hours. Responsible for supervision of the field staff as applicable. |

INTERIM ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF NURSING |
|
The position requires little or no time. Position may include some skilled home visits, admissions and re-certification as applicable. |

|
|
QUALITY ASSURANCE/ CLINICAL SITE AUDITOR |
|
Under the direction of the senior consultant, the Quality Assurance Site Auditor conducts assessments of the agency?s clinical records and program setup. The Quality Assurance/Site Auditor plans, organizes, coordinates, and conducts Mock Surveys and pre-survey audits in accordance with assigned activities. |

ADMISSION & RE-CERTIFICATION NURSE |
|
Nurses needed to complete admissions, re-certification, and supervisory visits PRN. All applicants must have home health experience and advance knowledge of the Oasis and general admission documents. |

IN-SERVICE EDUCATOR |
|
Alpha Compliance Consulting is seeking enthusiastic individuals with the love for health care education to conduct random seminars and in-services. Instructors interested in using our facility for conducting classes are also welcome to apply. |

|
|
RECEPTIONIST/CLERK TYPIST |
|
Under the direction of the Operations Support Manager, the receptionist will answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals. The receptionist is responsible for message management, light typing, filing and data entry. The receptionist is responsible for routine clerical functions related to client files and record keeping. |

|
|
MARKETING & SALES REPRESENTATIVE |
|
Sharp aggressive individuals needed for sales and marketing services and advertising ads. Must be articulate and have excellent communication skills. |

MOCK SURVEY FACILITATOR/SITE VISITOR |
|
Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses with advanced knowledge and experience in home health and hospice services. Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations governing home health and hospice services is required. |
|
|
|
QUALIFICATIONS: |
|
Five years experience in a health care field that reflects the scope of programs and services regulated and approved by the State and Federal Regulations.
Demonstrate analytical, consultative and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional written and verbal skills and the ability to work effectively as a part of the auditing team is a must. Candidates must successfully complete the Mock Survey Training Program. |

Representing Alpha Compliance Consulting as a Professional Mock Survey Facilitator |

Accept assignments to conduct Site Visits for Alpha Compliance Consulting Clients |

Preparing for assignments prior to on-site activities |
 |
Completing assignments in an organized and timely manner |
 |
Demonstrating knowledge of State and/or Federal Regulations |
 |
Collect, collate, interpret and document report data with accuracy |
 |
Ensure clarification, verification, quantification and identification of Mock Survey findings |
 |
Must have effective interpersonal skills with clients, staff and administrative personnel |
 |
Articulate findings in a professional manner |
 |
Provide professional consultation to staff and administrative personnel |
 |
Must participate in required continuing education programs |
